EcoSolutions
Our purpose is to power a world where people, businesses and nature thrive together.
At EMAKARE Group we strongly believe there is no such thing as waste, we work globally to help waste-to-energy companies recycling the seemingly unrecyclable.
Recycling construction and demolition waste is profitable and environmental way to produce aggregates and reuse valuable materials that would otherwise be disposed. Processing the waste near the worksites also reduces the need for truck transportation resulting in lower logistics costs.
Construction and Demolition (C&D) and Construction and Industrial (C&I) waste streams comprise materials from building sites with very valuable recoverables such as metals, hardcore, timber and fines. We provide comprehensive C&D waste management services that focus on the compliance and safety in the collection, transportation and treatment of construction waste and renovation waste.
We do not see landfills as the final destination for residue ash but new beginnings by ensuring that mineral waste such as soil, or construction and demolition waste is collected separately on site and transported away efficiently. With state-of-the-art technology we are able to find value in what seems useless. We invest heavily in technology to retrieve the smallest parts imaginable and keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with our determination and inventiveness.
We are expanding our operations to help the construction industry increase the supply of material that can be used to replace the virgin aggregates currently used as hardcore for sub-base in the foundations for roads and concrete structures. After careful sampling to check for any hazardous materials, the IBA is processed through a combination of magnetic separation equipment, including overband magnets and eddy current separators, to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with the resulting output then graded for use. The bottom ash that remains after the incineration of municipal solid waste in Energy-from-Waste (EfW) plants (also: Waste-toenergy plants) is treated into recycling plants. After the raw ash has been processed, it is referred to as incinerator bottom ash (IBA) or incinerator bottom ash aggregate (IBAA) respectively. The raw ash from municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) is essentially processed by classifying the mineral fraction and separating ferrous metals and non-ferrous
metals as well as organic matter.
We see materials to construct buildings, highways and pavements. We see metals for new cars, computers and mobile phones. And we see a future in which waste-to-energy plants are fully circular.
We recycle ash and extract ferrous and nonferrous metals, while producing a final clean mineral for reuse such as aggregates.
We generate and deliver clean energy reliably and help industries to decarbonise their processes and grow.
We work closely together with plant operators, governmental policy makers and regulators, visionary engineers and scientists. Together we can contribute to a more sustainable world.
We are processing experts pioneering waste recycling and revolutionising natural materials processing to create our best world.
